If you"ve never ridden a Solex before, they work with an automatic type of accelerator which assists you as you pedal. It"s as if you have a hidden pair of robot legs doing the work for you. Applying the brake decelarates the bike by killing the gas, and eventually brings you to a stop.
It has been stored for years. Purchased at an Estate Sale of an older Gentleman that had passed away.

This model a 49cc single engine cylinder. Power is transferred to the front wheel centrifugal clutch and friction drive roller.
